BlueLight delighted to support Overbury fundraising activities for York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity

Terry Rogers and Scott Mattingly from BlueLight's on-site project management team at York Hospital joined staff from Overbury for a 60 mile sponsored walk around the historic York City Walls, helping to raise £3000 for the York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity.

Overbury are one of the principal contractors working at York Hospital, delivering the new Vascular Imaging Unit (VIU) which is presently in construction.

The Charity have reported that funds raised will go towards enhancements for the Children’s Ward, including toys, games, and other comforting extras that help make hospital stays a little easier for young patients and their families.
